What IS Included (The Technical Scope):

• Connectivity & Access: We fix login issues, MFA resets, and connection problems to the Butterfly Cloud.

• AI Toolkit Availability: We ensure your AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) are accessible, licensed, and securing data correctly via ADX Vision.

• "Ask the AI" Guidance: Our agents are trained to help users frame their initial questions to the AI, empowering them to use the tool to solve their own problems.

• Platform Support: Printing, file access, and desktop performance within the Cloud.

What is NOT Included (The Strategic Scope):

• Prompt Engineering & Training: We do not write prompts, debug complex AI workflows, or provide 1-on-1 AI training.

• Content Generation: We do not help create documents, reports, or business strategies using the AI.

• Physical Hardware: We do not troubleshoot home WiFi, personal laptops, or local printers.
